The Archives serves both the public and governmental entities in Utah. We are a repository for historical records which are created in the course of government business. We also assist state and local government agencies in Utah manage their records efficiently. A written history documents how this organization has evolved over time.

- Information Technology Services
Information Technology Services (ITS) is an organization primarily dedicated to the delivery of service to other government agencies. ITS focuses on communications, mainframe computing, Local and Wide Area Network support, and Geographical Information Systems. ITS continues to explore opportunities, where viable services can be extended to customers, using new technology.
- Office of Hispanic Affairs
Today, the mission of the Governor's Office of Hispanic Affairs is to advise the Governor on issues and concerns which affect the Hispanic community and to monitor and review state agencies and their programs, including the evaluation of their responsiveness to the needs of Hispanics. In addition, the office evaluates the progress of these agencies in implementing solutions to the economic, educational, and social problems of Hispanics.
