General Resources

  • Tennessee Home Page

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the Tennessee State Government World Wide Web server. We have placed the entire executive branch of state government, all 22 departments plus the governor's office, on this site. Tennessee is one of only a handful of states to open a gateway to all of its departments and agencies. We hope to provide a convenient, easy-to-use, one-stop source for timely and important information to the citizens of Tennessee and to visitors from outside the state.

  • Tennessee Economic Development Center

Are you looking for a tract of land in Dyersburg, Tenn., where you can build a new manufacturing facility? Wondering about the tax structure in Warren County, Tenn.? Maybe you need to talk face-to-face with a client in France about Tennessee's transportation system--but you don't have the time or the budget to travel? You can do it all from the Tennessee Economic Development Center (TEDC). Tennessee's window to the world, this state of the art facility can transport you across the state or around the globe, and you never have to leave your chair. For now, browse through our homepage and find out more about this innovative facility.

  • Office of Telecommunications

The State of Tennessee Telecommunications Department, a division of the Office for Information Resources in Finance and Administration, provides voice, data and video services to the agencies of State government. The services of this group are also utilized by local and community governmental agencies, educational entities, libraries, not-for-profit organizations and (though sometimes unknowingly) the citizens of the state.

  • Small Business Development Center

The strength of Tennessee's economic growth is based in part on the small business community and its ability to get products to market. The Tennessee Small Business Development Center (TSBDC) offers free assistance to help business owners grow and develop successful, thriving businesses.
