FIRN's primary mission is to provide electronic pathways and procedures enabling user access to computing services for Florida's public educational community.

  The mission of the FCN is to provide synergy to the momentum that is already building toward universal access to information. The Florida Communities Network will be a shared resource network among the communities of Florida organized around the issues the citizens care about. Economic development, public safety, health care and access to government are just a few of the issues that determine Floridians' quality of life. The Florida Communities Network will link information about these issues, and others, in order to solve problems and expand the potential of Florida's communities.   Welcome to JOSHUA, the Judicial Online Super-Highway User Access System. JOSHUA is a state-wide information system serving Florida's Judiciary. JOSHUA is maintained by the Office of the State Courts Administrator and a project of the attorney/law clerks of the Supreme Court of Florida, under the direction of Chief Justice Stephen Grimes and the Justices of the Supreme Court. The JOSHUA system allows users to browse through a wide variety of information resources related to the Florida state court system.
