Unfair Trade Practices

Many states have enacted "Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices" laws that are designed to protect individuals and businesses from unscrupulous commercial conduct and practices. These laws are quite comprehensive in that they protect not only consumers, but also business and they regulate a broad range of commercial activity. The consequences of violating these laws can be very dramatic.

For example, in addition to paying costs and legal fees, a violator can be required to pay treble damages to the injured party. If you have been the victim of an unfair or deceptive trade practice, please fill out our Free Case Evaluation Form.
