Military Law
Members of the United States military services are subject to special laws governing the conduct and activities of military personnel. The special laws define the substantive and procedural rights of military personnel. One of the special laws is the Code of Military Justice.
In addition, military personnel who are stationed overseas may also be subject to the local laws of the country in which they are stationed.
