Employee Benefits
As a general rule with few exceptions, employers are not required to provide any fringe benefits to their employees. However, when they decide to do so, employers are prohibited from discriminating against employees, i.e. employees in the same classification of employment are supposed to receive equal benefits.
If you believe you have been unfairly denied benefits to which you are entitled, please fill out our Free Case Evaluation Form.
